Thank you for carefully reading these conditions before placing an order on our website. By ordering at Smile Line by Styleitaliano, you agree to be subject to the following sales conditions.
When ordering one or more products featured in this website, you have to select them one by one and place them into the basket.
Once you selected all the products you wish to order, you can confirm your basket content and place the order. At this point, you’ll be redirected to a page resuming your products’ details, their price and the delivery cost. Then you’ll have to choose the payment method that you desire, to confirm and send your order.
Once all this is done and transmitted, you’ll receive an order confirmation.
The ordered products remain Smile Line Europe GmbH’s property until they are given to the carrier.
Our prices are exclusive of tax and charges (shipment according to Incoterm DAP).
Shipment charges are free for any order of more than EUR 500.-.
When proceeding with your order, we’ll inform you by e-mail if any of the products you ordered is temporarily not available.
The goods leave our premises at the latest 3 to 5 days after receipt of your order. All shipments are entrusted to our partner UPS.
According to our experience, the delivery time of the goods once in the carrier’s hands are as follows :
Smile Line Europe Gmbh cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
* Shipments in North and South America, as well as in Russia, are currently not possible.
All orders with a value less than EUR 100.- will be charged with additional EUR 15.-.
Our website offers the choice of a payment by PayPal or by credit card. In case of payment by credit card, the amount is debited on the buyer’s card at the time of validation of the transaction.
Any complaint on the received products must be made at Smile Line Europe GmbH by 3 working days after reception of the goods. Received articles must be returned only with the agreement of Smile Line Europe GmbH , intact and complete in their original packing.
Returns : in case our shipment was refused by the addressee, Smile Line Europe Gmbh would have to deduct from its refund the pre-paid shipping charges go and back, plus EUR 20.- for administrative and restocking fees.
Any damage noticed upon the arrival of products and apparently due to the transport, must be announced to UPS at the moment of the delivery, and notified by e-mail to Smile Line Europe Gmbh.
In case a package is automatically returned to Smile Line Europe Gmbh (refusal at reception or parcel not claimed by the customer), Smile Line Europe Gmbh will proceed to the refund of the paid amount of the order, deducting the transport charges for the outgoing shipment, as well as of the possible charges of return.
Please note that when you place an order on our website, you are considered as the official importer and you have to respect all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the products.
Your private life protection is important to us and we wish to draw your attention on the fact that the international shipments may be subject to be opened and controlled by the customs authorities.
A guarantee of 1 year is valid on all the products sold on this site by Smile Line Europe Gmbh.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, to our procedures and to our terms and conditions, including the present ‘General Terms and Conditions of Sales’, at any time.
Your order is subject to terms and conditions, procedures and to the General Terms and Conditions of Sales valid at the moment you place your order.

Relations between Smile Line Europe GmbH and its Clients are exclusively governed by the German laws.
