General Terms and Conditions of Business and Sale Shop 2023

Thank you for reading the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. By placing an order with Smile Line Europe GmbH on the Smile Line by Styleitaliano Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale.
1. register + order
If you wish to order one or more products on this site, you can add one item at a time to your shopping basket.
When you have selected all your products, click on the shopping basket button. Here you will see a list of your selected products, the individual prices, the total amount, the delivery method and the shipping costs.
Complete the order process by entering your contact details and delivery address. By selecting the payment method (PayPal, Mastercard, Visa) you will be redirected to the secure website to complete the payment process.
After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
2 Retention of title
The products remain the property of Smile Line Europe GmbH until they have been delivered to the buyer and paid for.
3. prices, availability, dispatch
Our prices do not include statutory taxes and fees. For shipments outside the EU and to third countries, additional import fees may be incurred by the buyer.
If a product is currently not available, we will inform you by e-mail.
The order will be dispatched within 3-5 days. All deliveries are shipped by UPS.
Estimated delivery time:
DE 1-5 days
EU - UPS Standard: 5 -15 days including UK
Rest of the world* - UPS Express Saver: 10-15 days
*Shipping to North and South America and Russia is currently not possible.
The goods cannot be sent to a PO box address.
4. small quantity surcharge
An additional flat rate of EUR 15 will be charged for orders under EUR 100.
5. terms of payment / returns
You have the choice of different payment methods: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa. When purchasing by credit card, the amount will be debited when the order is finalised at the time of the transaction.
Complaints about delivered products must be received by Smile Line Europe GmbH within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. Items can only be returned with the consent of Smile Line Europe GmbH. Returns are only possible if the goods and the original packaging are undamaged, the original packaging has not been opened and the goods have not been used.
The return costs/fees shall be borne by the buyer.
Any damage that is obviously due to transport must be reported to UPS at the time of delivery. Smile Line Europe GmbH must be informed of any transport damage by e-mail.
In the event that a shipment is automatically returned to Smile Line Europe GmbH (in case of refusal or unclaimed by the customer), Smile Line Europe GmbH will refund the amount paid minus the shipping costs and the return shipment.
6. customs
Please note that you are considered an official import merchant when you place an order on our website; you must comply with the relevant laws, regulations and import charges levied by the customs authorities when you place the order. Your privacy is important to us and we would like to inform you that in rare cases, international shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

7. guarantee of the products
All Smile Line Europe GmbH products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, our procedures and our terms and conditions, including the current terms and conditions of sale, at any time.
Your order is subject to the terms and conditions, processes and general terms and conditions of sale in force at the time of your order.

Smile Line Europe GmbH guarantees that your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties or for advertising purposes.
10 Applicable law / place of jurisdiction
The business relationship between the customer and Smile Line Europe GmbH shall be governed exclusively by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin (Germany).
